Got into a conversation with guildies about this today. Did they ever mention anything at all about when they removed mounts from the CTA bags?

I've gotten 2 mounts over my time from those bags (White Polar Bear and Blue Proto-drake) and it was always a fun little incentive, much better than gold and a couple of runes like they do now.

Just wondering if anyone remembers Blizz giving any reason for their removal. I sure would like them back!
