Player, Target, Target of Target and Focus frames texture swap

I'm looking for an AddOn that allows me to change blizzard defaults frames' textures with custom ones.
I've found Elite Player Frame to do the trick but only for the Player Frame and here's what I got: .
I'd like to change the focus, target and target of target frames in the same way. Do you know anyway to achieve a similar result? I don't mind tweaking textures with Photoshop but I'd like to avoid messing up addons' codes.

I'm pretty desperate for help so if you got any advice I'd appreciate that a lot
