Is there any addon like this ?

Premade Filter and Premade Groups Filter did not work for me and has also abandoned by their authors

I just need an addon to search for all premade groups that the leader's name is suffixed with all oceanic realms.

Premade Groups Filter isn't abandoned, the author was replying to people 5 hours ago. If you have an issue with it, I'd suggest reporting it since it'll do what you need and people are unlikely to reinvent an addon someone's already made.
