When do you use Rampage when running Frothing Berserker?

Didn't realize it lasted 6 seconds from after your 100 rage.

So to clarify: you hit 100 rage, you auto get Frothing Berserker, that's when you Rampage.

During leveling, I used it exclusivly at 100 rage to benefit from FB all the time

Later at max level and with Reckless Abandon you can use it before 100 rage to dump rage right before a battle cry window

yes, although if you are already enraged RB still takes priority

so you hit 100 rage --> are you enraged?

yes --> IF RB is up, hit RB. Otherwise, hit Rampage.
no --> Hit Rampage.
