Quartz fatigue/breath bar

Quartz used to show a small bar on the bottom of your screen by default of your fatigue/breath and even some stuff like time left until you can accept the queue. It was on by default and was useful for me but for some reaso it turned itself off recently and I have no idea where in the options to find this and turn it back on. Any help would be appreciated.

In some other addons, they have been described as "Mirror" bars or timers.
I do not use Quartz any longer, but see if there is any mention of those.

Depending on the amount of customisation, or not you could consider if using the curse/twitch client resetting the saved variables, putting it back to default.
Right-click an addon in the client to get a menu offering that.
