Rogue Talent "Soothing Darkness" bugged

The talent "Soothing Darkness" does not appear to get learned when selecting it in the level-60-row.
You "unlearn" the others, such as Cheat Death or Elusiveness, but you do not learn Soothing Darkness.
For example: If you have Cheat Death and switch to Elusiveness, your chat reads:
"You have unlearned Cheat Death."
"You have learned a new passive effect: Elusiveness."

However, when you switch to Soothing Darkness, it only states that you unlearned the other talent. When you then switch back to either Cheat Death or Elusiveness, it also doesn't state that you unlearned Soothing Darkness.
And when you have Soothing Darkness selected, it doesn't show up during stealth.
