Combining spells into macros

Hi,

Since I'm not very used to playing with many buttons in video games, and WoW definitely has quite a few compared to some other games, I was wondering maybe it would be a good idea to combine some spells into macros.

For example I've come up with a macro that would cast Kidney Shot when out of stealth and Sap when stealthed. It looks like this:

/cast [nostealth] Kidney Shot
/cast [stealth] Sap

If you have any other similar macros I would highly appreciate if you share them.

Here's one I use

#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift] kidney shot
/cast [stance:1/3/2] cheap shot
/cast [stance:0] kidney shot


It casts kidney when I'm not in stealth/shadowdance and cheapshot if i am, also If i hold shift it will cast kidney in case I want to kidney during instead during shadowdance.
