Completed Quests Mod?

Hi everyone. Longtime lurker, first (third! ) time poster here. I've searched the forum and wasn't able to find an answer. I hope I'm not repeating this question.

Is there an add-on that will tell me completed quests? I'm asking because I need to complete the Good Sumaritan Achievement and even though I'm sure I've done a few of the required quests I'm not exactly sure which ones. I remember an add-on years back that queried the server for completed quests but I cant remember the name. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Or you can go through the list http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=1...ritan#comments and check quests for completion.
