You are meeting your sim numbers, usually you should be below them because of fight mechanics.
You should try swapping talents, Weapon Master and Marked for Death.
Try to drop some versatility, get a Cinch of Sizzling Flesh and try replacing your Ring of Exclusive Servitude with that Seal of the Second Duumvirate you just picked up.
Your logs are looking fairly solid, I didn't have time to to do that deep of a dive into them, maybe try to line up cd's a little better, if you're doing that already maybe look at popping on cd instead.
