Power Auras- Icebarrier notify if usable and not on self alrdy

As title says i need some kind of power auras combo that shows me and icon/texture w/e when ice barrier(Mage-frost) is usable and not alrdy casted on myselft. I have one aura that shows when ice barrier is usable but it apears even if i alrdy have it on myself. So just wana see when exactly i need to cast it/refresh.

Combine it with a second aura that only shows when Ice Barrier buff is inverted on you.
