Hey mmo. I'm currently writing an essay and I want to reference a film. I can't remember the name, but here's what I remember.
- Girl pretending to be a boy
- Skips town and makes friends with some randoms
- Falls in love with/starts dating a girl
- They all find out she's a girl and two of them rape her
- The girl still wants to be with "him/her" but the two guys that raped "her" come find them and shoot the girl pretending to be a boy and one of their other friends in front of a child.

not sure but I THINK that's Boy's Don't Cry, with Hilary Swank.. but tbh could be few other films

ya, bout to say boys dont cry, and it came out in the 90s and it was supposed to be based on a true story of the girl getting killed afterwards or something.
