Computer begins to make alot more noise when running WoW

Lately Ive had the issue of my computer making about twice the sound, and a a heatincrease on my CPU from 38 to 58, could anyone explain me if this is normal or if I should/can do anything to fix it? (I'm no pc hero, so please keep it simple, if possible, if not, try to explain it in a simple way)

Does it sound "BRRRRRRRRRRRRRUUUUUUM"? Then it could be a failing PSU, you should get a new one then.

Hey Cathias, to help us diagnose what is wrong with your computer we like to know as much about your computer as we can.

Please provide as much of the following as you can.

Manufacturer or if you built it.
motherboard, CPU, video card, RAM, PSU, HDD/SSD, and what OS you're running. Thanks!

It could just be simple dust then. Open up your computer and see if there's lots of dust. If there is, get a can of compressed air and spray around.
