Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

So I saw the diablo 3 collectors edition contents and I really want it, however I also saw that the annual subscription for WoW gives a desireable perks as well, so I signed up for that.
Collectors edition will feel like a huge waste now. Not sure if I'll buy that as well.
Anyone getting both?

If you read the FAQ on the Agreement for the Annual Pass it says if you buy both when you put the key for the collectors edition it will give you 4 months of free WoW back.
