Question about free diablo

So I went to sign up for the free Diablo 3 thing, simply because the game looks amazing, the WoW mount looks amazing, the beta guarantee is amazing... You get it. Anyway, when i try to sign up, it doesn't let me. However, when I go to b.net page i get the following:


Does this mean I already have it, or is it there for another purpose? Thanks.

or you have the beta and that might be changing what it shows

mine at the top has an add for the year+D3 which takes me to http://eu.media.blizzard.com/wow/pro...wap/en-gb.html (which then sends you to https://eu.battle.net/account/manage...d3-signup.html )

when I signed up it changed to Diablo III

so no you don't have it yet and I stand by my first hunch of maybe you have the beta

OR you live in a country that isn't allowed it? the terms state it must be an EU Member State for example.
