Every single Mage will gonna be known as "frost mage"

You will be known as whatever you spec into, yes, you still have to specialise in either frost, fire or arcane. Why can't people bother to take time to read about the planned changes properly before taking to the forums to moan/bitch/start pointless threads.
However, I'm personally looking forward to the state of frost and fire in PVE. These changes should make it easier to seperate pvp from pve without one being OP.

we need to remember these are only idea not set in stone. but i see the change making pvp more of the one spec area. as one spec will have all. but this all depends on how blizz deals with the why mages control works spec to spec

Nope. They'll all still deal damage with their usual spells.

Eh, not by much. The only thing you'll be able to take specifically for PVP have already been shown. Everything else will be baseline for the spec, and thus harder to change without affecting the other area. Originally Posted by risskel

If I recall, you don't get Dragons Breath till at least 49, While it is crappy, yeah...it isn't as bad as it sounds to me.
