I believe the top horde pvp server is Illidan, but the biggest thing about getting far in pvp is making friends and playing often. You really won't see many top pvpers horde side, just because of how good alliance racials are compared to horde racials. Unless you're serious about pvp and want to push gladiator every season, just play with friends and learn with them. The more you practice, the better you'll get.

i put in a couple days or research before i server switched about a month ago, illidan won and i went there. only crappy think about illidan is the horde:ally ratio is literally 16:1 so you almost never get into tol barad.
