Should I get skyrim for PC or xbox 360? (Comp specs included)

Personally I like the controls of the PC better, but I don't know if my computer can handle it. I'd like it to be visually appealing and not drop below 30 fps. So.. pc or xbox? What do you think the performance difference would be? what would you do?

    My computer specs:

OS: Windows 7 home premium 64-bit
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
Graphics chip type: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 260M

Any other information you need ask and I'll add it.

Depends on monitor resolution. At 1366x768 your laptop and x360 will be about equally fast, on FullHD 1920x1080 size your laptop will be notably slower.

    Trolling should be.

Noone but Bethesda can answer you that, for all we know, Bethesda put in some extreme view distance settings for PCs etc.

But you will be able to play it with those specs, possibly even at medium.
Your greed, your foolishness has brought you to this end.

    Another website told me;

According to videocardbenchmark.net your video card does not meet the minimum recommended specs, so you most likely wont even be able to run the game. If you really want to play Skyrim on PC you should think about investing in a new Video Card.

The rest of your PC should be good enough to run the game because the minimum CPU that you need to run Skyrim is a Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz, which your's is better. Also the recommended amount of RAM for the game is 3GB which you have alot more than needed.

You can compare Video cards here:

    Skyrim Specs:

You can also test your Computer at this website:

Can anyone verify this? It doesn't seem right.

Please don't link Passmark sites... they're not a real benchmark and are filled with glaring inaccuracies.

The 260 is well above the minimum required... he should be able to do medium settings just fine.
