[Warlock] Destruction PvP - Need advice! :)

Hey, I just started playing Destro PvP again after seing Drakedog's videos on youtube. And yeah, lets get to the point. :P

So, I need to know what I should go for, statwise. (Please just say it in for EXAMPLE; Haste > Crit > Intellekt etc etc)
Also, what gems should I get?

Hit rating and so on, whats the % cap?

And glyphs? And if you got a specc, Id love it if you linked it.

Basic gear set up, assuming you're human, change one of the trinkets for the medallion if you're not.
