Sorry for the real late response, its a rather simple set:
Gladiator's Refuge Set (minus the helm)
Helm - Replica Shado-Pan Helmet
Back - Blood Knight War Cloak
Feet - Bard's Boots
The Staff in the photo is Amber Scythe of Klaxxi'vess - I'm currently using Suen-Wo, Spire of the Falling Sun which looks nice, still not that greatest though.
Haven't really found a nice belt yet, but haven't looked much really.

Here's the transmog I ended up going with. Trying to avoid as much brown as possible while using bright colours! I haven't bothered with weapons yet. Tried to farm the star dagger and moon offhand in Ulduar but nothing dropped this week.

This is one of my favorite transmogs I've made, my resto druid one

You stole mah gear!

That's what my dr00d uses. T9 chest/gloves, S2 helm/shoulders, and the staff that has the shrooms/leaves randomly sprout/fall off of it. Goes well with the things that bloom on the shoulders.

Edit: Except I have a different belt. It's some random leveling leather belt from Cata that just happens to have the perfect mix of brown and "smudgy blue-green" to go with the coloring of the chest.
