I think it is meant to be Ouendan, japanese cheerleading.

5.5/10 The signature is a bit random and messy and I don't really get it. I also dislike most anime :P The avatar has too much white in it.

Just for clarification: It's the one of the main character from two different anime, Steins;Gate and K-On! which I mixed together. There's also the name "Bidie" thrown in because that's my name on www.myanimelist.net ^^ Aand the avatar is one of the characters from Steins;Gate drawn as a Power Puff Girl, seeing how the two shows have quite a few similar things. Made by someone on /a/ or /b/, probably /a/.
