    Screen Resolution?

I will be buying a new Monitor for my PC and I would like to know the importance of screen resolution. Primary I play games with my PC. (Rift) Likely that I will try out STWOR!

The Monitors that I'm look at are:

    Acer S220HQLAbd Black 21.5" : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...Tpk=24-009-316

    &

    ASUS VS208N-P Black 20" 5ms: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...d-_-24-236-200

Acer can go up too 1920 X 1080 and ASUS 1600 X 900. My budget is strain and both Monitors go for $130.

My question is which monitor will be better for gaming and does resolution matter? (Even if it is for just those two games)

My video card is His Radeon 6770 1gb DDR5 IceQ Turbo!

    Thanks a Bunch!

Bigger resolution = better image quality.

    Bigger resolution = slower framerate.

On Radeon 6770 you can set more games to maxed settings on 1600x900 resolution. Maxed settings on 1920x1080 would look better, but your graphics card is getting old and it wont be up for it year from now. Depends really on how soon you think you're doing next upgrades.

    Trolling should be.
