Helios is now opening for applications from all classes!

Our goal is were to be one of the servers leading 10 man raiding guilds on the server and to always battle the latest content.
We're now instead interested in World ranked kills in addition to maintaining a firm grip on Realm rank #1. We expect our members to take our raids seriously and continusly theorycraft and improve. We also expect you to contribute to a fun and relaxed atmosphere outside of raiding.

We do only consider exceptional applications. If you feel that you´re lacking the skill and dedication to keep up then try your luck elsewhere.

If you will have problems attending these then you might want to think twice before applying.

What we expect from you:
* You need to be level 85 and geared for the content we´re currently facing.

* Due to the language used in gchat and TS we keep a strict 18+ requirement.

* Be punctual in showing up for raids.

* Able to take critism, even when harsh, and be able to make good use of it.

* Be an exceptional player regardless of class, able to understand fights quickly, avoid any kind of raid damage easily, give feedback on boss tactics and quickly gather information required to maximize your own, and the raid's, performance on a certain fight.

* Be an exceptional player, able to play all specs of your class at the same high level (having a small player base we respec a lot to fill the needs of certain fights; you are expected to be ready to play any of your class's specs).

* Highly motivated to play WoW and do well, if you plan on quitting in the near future do not bother applying.

* What do you get from us? Progression raiding, an upbeat atmosphere, old school raids, guild enchants and repairs.

We keep an ongoing recruitment for all classes. If you´re better then any of our current players, you´ll get a spot.

Things that may help your application:
* WWS / WMO / Stasis parses.
* High end raiding experience (Pre-TBC content, pre 3.0 Sunwell, experience with progression raiding).
* PTR experience of current content ( if available ).
* High rated PvP experience.
* Gear to match your current raiding experience.* Effort in writing your application. Applications with a couple of lines will simply be declined right away, if you can’t write a decent well thought out application, don’t bother applying.
