Beta Character Question

Hello all, sorry if this was asked before, couldn't find anything on it. I was just wondering if the characters that you progress in the beta access game will carry over into the final retail copy of the game?

i.e.: You get a Smuggler to level 10 in the Beta, when the game is released and you purchase it will you have that level 10 Smuggler to continue playing?

No. All beta characters will be wiped.

Nope. Beta stays in beta. But the characters you make in early access will be the real game characters.
