Confused-----Prot Paladin stat weighting

I prefer to use wowhead to evaluate gear, but I am totally confused by the prot paladin stat weightings. Here are my questions:

1. Why is dodge worth about twice as much as parry?

2. Why is agility worth more than dodge?

Dodge stacks with your innate 5% miss chance, that (like dodge) applies avoidance to all mobs in front of you instead of just your main target (parry). Also in raids with strength buffs, 5% stat buffs, and how agility no longer grants us any dodge the two stats tend to be pretty unbalanced. The more unbalanced your parry and dodge the more diminishing returns apply to your higher stat (parry). Agility is not worth more than dodge. It might have been at one point, but now its worth less than crit rating as a stat. Also I clicked on your link, and I hope your not a gold farming troll.
