What kind of CPU did you have? Was everything maxed on ultra? Multisampling @ 8 etc?

... and in what resolutions? And how many of the settings had you turned down? Without shadows on Ultra and playing in 1080p, it's not really ultra.

The first one is better for wow.
The second one is better for other games.
I'd likely go the first one, and upgrade the GPU in the future when you've grown out of it.

    ^ As seen above.

Read about the card itself on http://www.sweclockers.com/recension...rce-gtx-550-ti
But pay attention to the GTX 560 is newer than the 550 Ti, so it does not show up in that particular review.
The 560 Ti is 74% better, and the 560 is 54% better.

How would the Gainward GeForce GTX 550Ti 1GB PhysX PCI-Express 2.0, GDDR5, DVI, native-HDMI 1.4a, VGA handle Battlefield 3 and Skyrim?

That one, was thinking tho, worth upgrading to 8gb ram or is 4 enough? And there shouldn't be any problems with a m-Atx motherboard either aye?
