Our healer get a maximum amount of ~60 spark stacks (Pala, Priest) at the first crystel phase on hc mode. On normal mode to kill him after many wipes they collect both ~ 110 with se extact same setup and conditions (hero etc.). So whats se differens in the mechanik on collecting sparks?
Next questing is if the deziblade tank have the debuff with 500% more magic damage taken will it also effect the deziblade dmg or will it still do 90% dmg of max hp?

On Normal:

When someone is tanking a shard, they get stacks of torment. For every 3 stacks of torment, the healer gets 1 Stack of Vital Spark.

On Heroic:

When someone is tanking a shard, they get stacks of torment. For every 5 stacks of torment, the healer gets 1 stack of Vital Spark. Thus, we build slower.

Not sure about decimation blades so i'll leave that to someone else

Never had issue with Decimation + Tormented. Didn't seem to be multiplied by 500% on those rare ocassions when we had offtank soak the crystal. Inferno is instant death, sure.

We regularly soak crystals with our decimation blade tank, never seen him get gibbed because of the debuff. Don't try it with the inferno blade tho.
