So yesterday I got the rag normal trinket and im not sure which one im gonna swap out. Before I got the rag trinket I had DMC and Moonwell. Im only intersted in whats best for our rag heroic progress. And What happends when I get the Necromantic Focus HC?

Uhm no, Lightning capacitor after the buff is bis, even normal mode version.

I was under the impression Rag normal With Necromantic focus were the combo to aim for.

You should use VPLC and DMC:V if you cant' get the 30% haste for the extra VT tick if you don't need that extra 1% haste for it then I say VPLC and moonwell.
And VPLC HC + NMF HC is BiS but VPLC normal is really damn good after the buff to.
