[A] Reflex (Sargeras) - LF 2 Dedicated Healers for Heroic: Ragnaros

Hello! <Reflex> is a NEW 10 Man Progression Raiding Guild currently seeking 1 VERY STRONG healer for Heroic: Ragnaros Progression!

What we are looking for:
As said above, we are looking for 1 VERY STRONG Healer for our main core (8/10 players) all have Heroic: Ragnaros experience down to Phase 4. If you have no idea how to do Ragnaros, and/or do not have the proper, enchants, glyphs, gems, and reforging for your class/spec please do not apply.

Note: Be prepared to defend yourself if we ask any type of reforging, gemming, enchanting, etc question on your app, if you do decide to.

Current Needs:
Holy Paladin - Very High
Resto Druid - Very High
Resto Shaman - Medium

Note: If you feel like you are a quality player that can overthrow one of our current members, feel free to apply.

Raid Times:
Monday: 7:30pm - 11:00pm CST (Server)
Tuesday: 7:30pm - 11:00pm CST (Server)
Wednesday: 7:30pm - 11:00pm CST (Server)
Thursday: 7:30pm - 11:00pm CST (Server)

Progression:
Like I said above, all of our core members have 6/7 Heroic Firelands and have Heroic: Ragnaros down to Phase 4, which pretty much means we will have no problem downing Ragnaros. We have also obtained Glory of the Firelands Raider, and many of us have killed Sinestra (Yes, we plan on doing Sinestra... LOLSHARDOFWOELOL).
