GPU Temp 123 celsius - do I have a problem? :s

A little update for those who might care!
I just installed new drivers and started up my temperature checkin program and it started on 55 celsius and its going DOWN! woot
Not sure if the new drivers fixed it, this problem started occouring like today or yesterday with temperature problem and i havent updated my drivers before that for like, a good month or so.
Thanks alot for the people that posted and helped, really glad there's a community to turn to when things go to hell
48 degrees and dropping!

Maybe the old drivers bugged and decided to stop the fan for some reason.
