Yeah the amount of detail the devs put into this game is really nice.

To be honest: housing is vastly overrated. I mean 95% of your playing time you are away from it.

Hi, with the new patch is there personal housing in the game yet? (I'm aware guild housing and individual personal rooms has been around for a while now) I'm talking your own house. Thanks

Yeah whoopedidoo. A vendor that sells low level materials... now that's a reason to spend millions of gil.
I get the fact that you can make it look neat and stuff, but once you're done with that it's just sitting there.

Damn 24h+ maintenance.. what are they doing? Patch 2.4 can't be THAT big.

Personal Housing is live for a month already.
Housing plots were sold out in a matter of hours after the 2.38 patch release though.
Doubt that it'll be much different with 2.4s added wards.

If you want a house: be quick.

They're adding more server space for the new housing subdivisions which requires re-optimization or something. There was a post to that effect, but I forgot where I read it >.<

you can buy echtal sealants for 8 of them the sealants are required for most of the new crafting stuff so they are going for a lot right now. on day one i was able to sell some for a million gil but then people undercut me down to about 200k but still 200k for 8 oak knots is pretty darn good.
