Power aura for shadow word: death

I cant seem to figure out the 2 corresponding auras to make a SWD power aura that will only pop up at 25% if someone could post an import for both or a screenshot it would be greatly appreciated.

Also if anybody knows how to incorporate a sound file into an aura that would be awesome

Made this for someone else recently:

The sound would go into the SW:D cooldown aura, just click on the sound tab and choose one of the premade ones.
