A well groomed beard/goatee is a girl-magnet. OP you must simply recognize that some girls like it and some girls don't. Rest assured that the hot ones typically love them.

well,i got a big goat bear going atm, and a little mustache.. IF my Girlfreind saying somthing about it, i simply refuse to shave it off.. its my hair, i do whatever i like to with it =)

I see alot of Grizzly adams looking guys and I can tell them, very few women like that look, most will tell you that you look like you don't bathe. If you're after the ladies, you gotta go with whatever works best for you, which may not be what you like best.

I don't like mustache, nor big-hairy beards. I just don't find it sexy! You better find someone that likes your beard from the start (some woman like it, some don't), instead of shaving it off, finding a girl, growing back the beard and have everyday fights with the woman over NOT shaving or shaving it. Better take some time to find someone who likes you the way you are. OR maybe, just MAYBE, you don't look good with the beard - you just can't see it yourself, your family loves you too much to say it and your friends don't want to see you cry over the harsh truth! ..... And it's not only about mustaches, it's the same with guys with long-ish hair. While you may think you look awesome with your ~5inch long hair and you object to everyone telling you to get a damn haircut you are so god damn wrong. Yes, there are good looking haircuts around this length but they are freaking made by a hairdresser, not by having your shaved head plainly grow to 5 inches.

Sorry to say but its unlikely that your beard is the reason they're being scared off. If a woman is attracted to you its to YOU and not your beard/lack of beard. Women don't focus on looks as much as men.

Ohhh, I see what you did there. You know, some people who love their husbands or wives and are willing to change for them. If the wife says "I hate that beard would you shave it ?" It's not that I'm against facial hair - I like beards on men (as long as they're kept tidy and not a shaggy mess), and prefer some stubble at least rather than clean shaven. Just moustaches are... not attractive (see aforementioned examples of moustachioed ickyness).
