And I don’t see what the big deal is, he obliviously made a mistake a bought the wrong gem, I think its safe to say that a number of players have done that. No reason to post his name in the forums flaming him, even if it was someone else’s idea.

Also it's probably not shaming since it's a guildie and it's most likely a friendly "haha lol @ u".

I remember when a friend of mine (hunter) bought a PvP trinket in TBC, he was so hyped about it, saying you can really tell the difference and that it's really good etc. Then I asked him to link it to me cause I didn't know wtf he was talking about and it turns out he bought the spell crit trinket instead of crit trinket. Some lols were had.
