Mission Statement
(We had a break During the summer)
Prophecy(New 25 man) is a World of Warcraft guild on Jaedenar-EU. We're a "Hardcore" raiding PvE guild. Thereby we define hardcore raiding as:
* We're all working together to achieve fast progression
* We're distributing loot with progression in mind
* We're favoring quality over quantity when it comes to raid times
In short, our primary focus in raiding is beating the endgame. Nevertheless we see our guild mates as friends and family and also build our rooster around personalities. However we do encourage and participate in PvP where this does not interfere with our PvE progression.
Achievements
We started raiding in cataclysm as a 10 man guild and managed to get rank 1 Europe 6th in the world on our Sinestra kill and clearing the content. We had a break during the summer and started playing again at the beginning of October.
Recruitment
We respect Private applications, meaning that none of you current GM's or anyone else will know that you applied to us, risking the chances of getting kicked or something.
We are a closed community with chosen members. Therefore we will not invite friends and family. Though we have social ranks for our veterans. We are dedicated players that expect a high level of skill from new members.
Generally we run with a tight rooster. Raiders are expected to have an attendance of at least 90%. We try to keep that number by constant recruiting and improving our rooster. Thereby there is no such thing as a backup or halftime spot - every raider is expected to meet 90% attendance. Rotations might be necessary but will not influence our members loot priority.
To be considered for recruitment, an application form has to be filled out on posted on the forum.After being considered for a full time raider spot, there is a trial period of around 2 weeks. During that time we will make pur decision. If you pass your trial period, a full time raider spot with all privileges and responsibilities is given.
We choose our new recruits based on personality, maturity, past raiding experiences, the knowledge of their class, their drive for progress, their english skills, computer hardware and connection. They should not be afraid to talk on Ventrilo and need to be fun to have around.

We run quality raids over quantity. We run raids on Sun-Thurs. In general our raids start at 18:45 game time and end at 23:30 game time. We sometimes extend these times for progression, thought it's the exception and not the rule. Since we are focusing on quality raids over quantity it is expected that raiders come fully prepared and focused.
