Enigma is designed to be the best, while still maintaining a moderate raid schedule. We seek skilled, adaptive, and active players that can manage themselves without the need for hand-holding. If you join Enigma, you will not be held back by other players or poor leadership. We've been improving constantly from our very meager beginning at the start of WotLK. Every instance we've stepped through was executed far better than the last, and that's not a trend we're likely to lose. At the start of Cataclysm we've finally started to show up on a US scale with the other real progression guilds. However, there is much to be done.
Recruiting In order of Priority
1-2 Disc/Holy Priest OR Resto Druid
1 Holy Paladin
1-2 Hunter
1-2 Shadow Priest
1 Fury Warrior
1 Ele Shaman OR Mage
Schedule: 6-10pm Sunday-Thurs MST
Loot System: Combination of Loot Council & DKP Recording, primarily to close the exploitable holes that each has individually.
Raid size: We are a 25 man guild and have no intention of converting to 10s.
Raiding: Enigma is a small core guild. This is a guild that at it's raider cap will only have 15% more players in total than we need to fill out raids. Ideally we should be looking at 31 or 32 people that can maintain enough attendance to have 28-29 at any given raid. We will not recruit more than enough people to fill a single 25m raid, and are not interested in having 2 or more 25m groups. However, we are very interested in having a strong alt core, and work towards pulling off what Paragon did in ICC. Alts aren't mandatory at the moment, but we will probably decide to have everyone treat another character as a second main as our schedule frees up a bit.
