About us:
<Well Played> was created just before Patch 4.3 with a close group of players that have known each other from previous expansions and guilds.
We decided to form Well Played in preparation for the up coming patch with skilled raiders for higher performence and raiding.
Our current progress: Firelands: 7/7 heroic #Realm 2
Dragon soul: 5/8 heroic
Recruitment: Death Knight: OPEN - Blood Paladin: OPEN - Prot Mage: Closed Rogue: Closed Warlock: Closed Hunter: Closed Druid: OPEN - Balance(With resto off-specc) Priest: Closed Shaman: OPEN - Elemental/Resto Warrior: Closed
Open recruitment for either a Prot paladin/Blood Death knight OR a balance druid since one of our raiders can reroll!
We will consider good applications for core material so if you feel you can contribute to our roster feel free to make an application and we will get back to you.
Raiding times (ST): Wednesday 19:30 - 23:30 Thursday 19:30 - 23:30 Sunday 19:30 - 23:30 Monday 19:30 - 23:30 Tuesday 19:30 - 23:30 (Added during progress if needed)
Requirements for applicants:
*High attendance:
-We run a small roster, which means barely any sitting out. Let us know in advance if you are unable to attend, so we dont sit around waiting for you to show.
*Stable internet connection:
-Disconnections spamm is not what we find intresting.
*Experience
-High raiding experience in Cataclysm preferably on our level or slightly behind, previous expansions is a plus.
*Effort
-We expect you to have the gear that allows you to compete with our raiders, Best gems and enchants at current level of raiding.
-Be fully prepared for every raid. That means you are up-to-date on all tactics and strategies concerning the encounters planned for that raid night. We don't carry people, so be prepared to pull your own weight.
-We expect our members to be mature, and be able to handle constructive criticism.
*You have to be able to use and speak on Mumble
*Being able to play all specs of your class is a big plus
The heroic encounters might require diffrent specs/abilitys so if you can’t play all specs you might get benched for that.
Loot System:
Loot in raids is distributed via loot council to where the officers and guild see most benefit from.
We are not lootwhores, and we accept when loot is given to a player for maximum performence. If purples is all you play for then look elsewhere!
What can you expect from us?
-We can offer you a nice environment with skilled players who know what they are doing and are eager to progress and see end game content.
-We try to make the most out of the raid times, We expect the maximum out of everyone, to get all content cleared.
-Guild repairs is allways on, flask cauldrons/Fishfeast are put down every raid and the guildbank is stocked for future raids!
-Experienced raiders and leaders with high end game experience since several years back.
-Outside of main raids we run alt raids, rated battlegrounds, arenas and old tier raids for achievement.
