I'm another one of those "metal-when-angry" people. Actually I'm pretty much a metal when whenever person, but I feel that I can turn a pissed off mood into something great because when I crank up the volume I start to get really pumped up and then I proceed to unload all that adrenaline fused rage on my drumkit. It's an awesome solution to many problems of life.

Depends what you're angry about. If it's a girl, then there's absolutely no substitute for Type O Negatives 'Slow Deep and Hard' disc.

If you're just angry in general, Nile's Annhilation of the Wicked is a good one.

Usually when I'm angry, I turn to music in order to try and convert that anger into something more positive, like empowerment. usually it's songs like:
