ABOUT US

Hysteria is a ten man Horde raiding guild on the Al'Akir server. We were formed around a year ago and are currently at 6/7 Heroic progress in Firelands. We provide a friendly yet competitive raiding environment and are trying to strengthen our core for the upcoming 4.3 patch. We are always striving to be better and would like to start the next patch (and expansion) with a really solid roster so that we can give our progress a real push. We currently only need one of our 3 raid days for clearing current content (since we haven't started seriously on Ragnaros) so other days are spent for alt runs/old content. Our leadership is experienced and approachable and there is little to no raging during raids.

WHAT WE NEED

We've had a bunch of people leave for various reasons in the last few weeks and so we are looking for 3-5 new players to come in and fill our roster. Although we mostly require DPS, all roles are being considered so we would be interested to hear from a group of friends who may want to join together. You will be expected to maintain high attendance once progress hits again in 4.3 but you will also be expected to be understanding if you are left out of a raid for any reason. We don't tolerate whining about spots, and people will be chosen on performance, attendance and attitude. Raid setup may also change during raids if certain classes/roles are required.

We would ideally like you to have at least some Heroic experience and gear from this tier so that we aren't required to spend too long gearing up for progress. Your raiding history from past tiers will be taken in to consideration however.

You should be the sort of person who cares about big numbers, who likes to squeeze out all the DPS possible while also being able to keep yourself alive when necessary. This includes maxing your tradeskills, gemming/enchanting properly etc. You will also need a solid grasp of English, a working microphone and the confidence to use your voice if required.

We really want solid people who are interested in progression not only in 4.3, but also going forward in to MoP and beyond

OUR SERVER

Al'Akir is a very horde dominated server (ridiculously so), but has a stable economy and regular pug raids/RBGs.
