About us:

Nightshade was originally formed on Sunstrider by a collection of old friends from older games like EverQuest, Starwars-Galaxies and Lineage 2, the guild has been equally hated by bosses from Ragnaros to Arthas, and by the horde, whose demise is part of our motto. We are proud to favor a semi-hardcore style of raiding and encourage pvp, whilst keeping a good progress record.

On 19 August we transfered to the European The Mealstrom realm. This because the Sunstrider realm became so bad and underpopulated we couldn’t keep up the raiding standards we had.

We are full of ambition and want to rise and shine like never before. One of our main goals is to achieve a Top 5 ranking in the 25man section of our new realm!

Our raids:

We raid up to 4 nights per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday. Raid invites start at 19:15 and the actual raid starts at 19:30 and ends 0:00.

We use DKP to distribute loot and a bid system to ensure gear rotates fairly. New raiders are allowed to bid from day 1 providing they earn the dkp.


Progress:

At the moment we are running 10man raids till we get a powerful 25man setup.

Our current progress is 6/7 heroic with Ragnaros as our next target.

Our progress pre-nerf was 2/7 heroic.


What we want from you:

-You are determined and committed to get the best gear/goodies possible for your class, and to perform the maximum output with what you have.
-You come prepared to encounters.
-You are skilled and can adapt when things don't go as planned.
-You have a good sense of humour, can accept criticism, and are able to take things on the lighter side during a full night of wiping.
-You are reliable (75% minimum attendance is required) and can communicate.
