Xfx 6950 d.o.a.?

Long story short I finished building my new system, I do the dreaded first turn on and the fans spin on my 6950 but I get no video from it. I tried the HDMI and the DVI. The on-board video works, using the GTS 250 from my current computer works just that 6950 doesn't. I tried it in my current computer and it doesn't work. My new build has a OCZ 850w PSU, I have both 6 pin connecters plugged in, I also tried it in both PCI-E slots. Any suggestions before I get a replacement from newegg?

Try keeping the 6950 in and use the on board video and then install the drivers for the card.

Just tried that and it's not detecting it at all in Windows.

Umm...wow, I'm fresh out of ideas. Hopefully someone a little more knowledgable about it might see this. Good luck.

Video card is DOA. Get an RMA and exchange it. Stuff happens, sadly.

I've filled out the RMA form, I was hoping to have my new computer up and running for Skyrim but I guess that's out of the question.
