Well, not counting the ones that we had before I was born (1991), I've used following:
1) Something we had in our 386 comp.
2) Something we had in our 486 ...
3) Some integrated Matrox card with 2 MB of RAM we had in our first Pentium...
4) RIVA TNT2
5) GeForce 3
6) GeForce 6700
7) GeForce 8400GS - In my first computer which I bought and built myself. God, I was stupid, that card had overheating problems and kept resetting my computer when playing some games for longer time...
8) GeForce 8600GT - I loved this card. Since I don't play the new games much, I was quite content with it until it burned out this spring...
9) Radeon HD 5670 - I bought this one as a low budget replacement for the last card and I'm quite happy about it :-) can play anything on it...

Very similar to mine. Mine was:
1. I was 5. I have no idea what video card was originally in my 1995 Quantex (R.I.P.) computer, but it was probably awful.
2. I was 8-9. At least by this point I know it was a Voodoo 3Dfx card of some kind.
3. A Riva TNT2 I think.
