Internet Issues

For the past week or so my internet has been very slow, and constantly disconnecting. It is normally very fast and reliable. I have contacted my internet provider, and they have even sent a technician to my house. He replaced the modem and suggested I look into if the problem is my router. I have run a speedtest and It shows my download as 0.26 mbps and my upload as 0.96 mbps. My upload is normal, but my download is normally 20-24 mbps. Any suggestions?

Can't run the line test says that "i'm not pingable"
