Curse's Skyim Mod Section

Is anyone else saddened at the fact that the first two (and currently the only two) mods to be uploaded are "nude mods"? I mean I don't have a problem with nudity, but come on, I'm sure there are other simple things that could have been created before this.

There's a few different ones for model updates and a few random other things. The game has been out for barely two days. You probably wont see any worth while mods for a few months.

...Some people take their Rule34 very seriously it seems. I'm waiting to beat the story before I get any big mods anyway, so this ain't a big deal to me. Besides, the only time I'd ever see nudity is when I strip down bandits I kill, and I don't care much for the idea of oggling dead bodies.

You can't expect someone to make a new area full of new content in a day, now could you? You really have to give that some time. I wouldn't expect something like new refreshing content for about a couple months, 4-8.

TESNexus carrys nude mods but more often than not they usually carry a TON of other gameplay related mods.

Agreed. I can't think of going anywhere else to get mods for Bethesda games.

Also, the creation kit hasn't even been released yet, so mods are very limited at the moment. The majority of things done so far have been using Fallout's creation kit.

I wasn't complaining about the lack of mods out there (I play on xbox), I was merely making an observation about the modding community's priorities.

Can't be worse than Oblivion.

As people said.. the good ones will come out in a few months. The player dungeons, armors/weapons, custom races (if possible still), player towns, etc all require more time than removing player underwear and reskinning. Plus it's the first thing any amateur modder will attempt.
