Cant break 6k dps

This is purely a case of bring the player not the gear kind of situation.

i haven't raided on my lock since wotlk. i know things have changed but it cannot seem to break 6-7k dps even though ive tried all three specs.

my main is a spriest and i can nail that easy, as i dont clip my DoT's and am able to play it efficiently.

all i want to know is whats the best way to play it in 4.2 and upcoming 4.3 for those on the PTR?

Also, you should probably read up on the sticky for your spec of choice
