[A] Innervate 10man 8/14 hc - Outland

Hello There!

Innervate was formed in vanilla WoW and is one of the oldest guilds on Outland. English is the main language, we have lots of people from England, Ireland, Sweden, Netherlands and Germany. We've been maintaining nice progress through the expansions and been able to see all 'end-game' contents. Even though we require a high attendance of all our raiders we don't see ourself as a hardcore raiding guild, we see ourself as a Hardcore-Casual guild and we prioritize irl above raids. When we go through new content to progress we always make sure to maintain the fun factor of the game. Since Mists of Pandaria came out we have been a 10man guild but our roots were in 25man.

We are currently recruiting a ranged dps for the main group (8/14 hc). Preferably a warlock or boomkin.

What we expect from you:
- Understanding of english, it is our main language on ts and in guildchat.
- We raid 4 days a week, you should be able to show up on at least 2 of these most of the time.
- Sunday raids are 50/50, we'll let you know in advance.
- Any specialized food, pots w/e else you need to maximize your performance (feasts provided)
- Have a sense of humor, you should be able to handle "your mom" jokes fairly well
- Knowledge of your class, this includes properly gemmed/enchanted etc (obviously)
- A working mic is a massive plus, why just play an mmo to raid and log off, be a part of the community!
- You are 18 or older

What you can expect from us:
- An active guild chat (and teamspeak), and in general a very social guild
- A stable guild who wont get going once the going gets tough
- A tree that can sexually attract bats.
- A grumpy bear with a heart of gold.
- a 68 year old with wit as sharp as a pencil pwning up the dps meters.
- and a lot of more randomness

Innervate is run by Officers all acting as the Guild Master role and its success lies with the strong core of longstanding members as well as the new "Innervaters".

There is more to this game than loot and dragons, the reason to play an mmo over a single player mmo is the community, if you don't have that you're missing one of the best experiences of playing this game.

Do not adjust your computer screens, it isn't a random necro thread I'm updating this thread properly.

At the start of Pandaria it took us a while to figure out if we would continue to try to be a 25man raiding guild on a PvP hungry server, or go 10man. We eventually went 10man but we were a little stubborn about it so we got off to a late start progress wise. Most of the start of the Throne of Thunder patch was spent fixing the "final" core 10man group. Since sorting that, when we get a raid things die, which is nice. I figured I would update here as well in case many people check these forums.

I want to say a little about the current focus and feel of the guild. Our raids are filled with laughter and taking the mick, it's a welcoming community to come into as long as you can give it right back. Since we went 10man the guildchat wasn't as full and vibrant as when we were 25man so we set up a second 10man for newer or returning players to hang out and raid whatever they can manage. We've become the home for a lot of people now and the guild chat is always full again.

Our goals now that the main groups members are more solidified, is to recruit a ranged dps that can give good attendance, and really jump into 5.4 at the same time as everyone else and continue pushing forwards.
