How can I move the special raid stuff that pops out?

I've been playing with my UI a bit lately and I would really like to be able to move the thing that pops up in certain fights (like rhyolith's directional bar, alysrazor's feather count, atramedes sound display or ultraxion's heroic will button) is there an easy way to do this? or maybe some kind of special addon?

MoveAnything should be able to solve your problems.

The addon Move Anything will allow you to do this. Set up a keybind for the Move Frame-Safe option and then when it pops up in the fight, hit the key while you are moused over it, move it where you want, then hit the key again.
