    Torhead lives!

Turns out the folks behind Wowhead really were working on a swtor database

    http://www.torhead.com/

According to one of the people behind this, they're having some server load issues atm due to being bombarded with visitors, so be patient if it's a bit wonky atm

Edit: If you find problems this guy would probably appreciate a report on them: http://www.reddit.com/r/swtor/commen...y_the_team_at/

Edit2: Aaaand they already apparently have over 3000 missions in the database, holy crap

Actually, Mr. Lennon, I CAN imagine a world with no hatred, religion, war, or violence.
I can also imagine attacking such a world, because they would never see it coming.

I can't get it to load at the moment, but if it works exactly like wowhead for ToR I feel sorry for the darthhater DB, I'll be hard pressed not to use this as wowhead was one of my single favorite tools for anything wow.
Wait, it's working now, I find it weird they have item levels too, dunno if tor works that way, but searching assault cannons shows their database is way ahead of DH's.

So glad they did that! That in itself speaks volumes about the game and how highly they think it will succeed!

Indeed. To me, having a detailed and easy to use database like this is one of the biggest things wow has going for it.

I wonder which DB site will become the most prominent? Torhead? Darthhater? R2-DB?

Damn that Jawa-logo is Epic! Torhead has a much better layout than the other sites imo, but perhaps that's just a question of being so used to wowhead. This makes me Sooo happy.

Probably torhead if I had to guess just on the strength of it being what a lot of wow converts are used to.

I've always found Wowhead to be perfectly suited to what I use it for compared to other WoW DB sites so can see myself just using Torhead.

Hahaha, this is cool. I don't use Wowhead for much anymore, but it's still a nice place to go if I need to find out who drops something I'm looking for. I imagine I'll use Torhead in much the same way. It's odd that a tool I will rarely use is getting me even more excited to try out the game. :P

Yea, swtor-spy, rd-db, and darthhater are toast. Always liked the style of wowhead and now that style lives on for ToR.

I was on the fence about whether or not trying SWTOR when I have upgraded my computer and gotten a steady source of income, but this decided me:

If it has a [abbreviation]head.com, I'm trying it!

Does Torhead break NDA though? since it has a LOT of information about stuff I have never even seen outside of Beta.

    NDA was lifted today

Look around this forum, lots of new stuff we haven't been allowed to share before now

I have always loved the simplistic design of Wowhead so I think it's only natural for me to start using Torhead.

I have to bookmark it now...
