<Winds of Plague> is a recent guild transfer from US-Quel'dorei and is currently looking to build up a decent playerbase to try and progress through content a little easier on another server (now fully transferred to US-Stormreaver).
Our main focus is taking down the current PvE 10-man progression as efficiently and as quickly as possible, all while maintaining a relaxed raid atmosphere that can be enjoyed by all. We're a small group of friends and family that have been playing together for a few years now, and we're always looking for more to enjoy playing the game with. Our current objectives as of right now is building our core raid group together again and gearing up for the next content patch.
++What We Expect++
We expect our raiders to know their class and do the research on their own; whether that means how to maximize your raid utility (dps, heals, etc), or researching the next encounters, we want our raiders to fully understand themselves and the fights before we even get to them. We also expect everyone to come prepared with flasks, food buffs, and proper enchants in the event that we are unable to drop cauldrons, feasts, etc. (As a privilege we try and provide these perks as much as possible) We all do our part in making sure that we're all playing at the best level we possibly can.
Since this is a 10-man guild, high attendance is an absolute must. The core of us that transferred can make nearly 100% of all the raids. While we absolutely understand that sometimes things come up, we do expect our raiders to maintain at least a 90% raid attendance in order to be eligible for loot. For the nights you cannot make, we also need to know of any planned absences beforehand so that we might be able to make changes to the schedule to better fit everyone's needs.

Our current raid times are as follows:
Tues - 7 ST thru 10 ST
Weds - 7 ST thru 10 ST
Thurs - 7 ST thru 10 ST
Sun - 7 ST thru 10 ST
Invites go out at 6:45 ST sharp. We take a few minutes to get ourselves together and summoned, and first pull starts at 7 ST.
