Pre-ordering and digital downloads

I think that's why some are doing it. But, to get a real confirmation, I would send Origin or SWTOR site an email.

I'm assuming you mean in places like Australia where it was announced they'd be getting the game late or something to accomodate there not being enough servers or something ( I honestly forget what that big hubbub was about. ) and you wish to DL them and just play on EU/NA servers.

If so, I believe they said that was allowed, but as Kiry said I would contact either EA or Bioware directly either through their forums, through Origin, or phoning them to be sure before you dropped the money on something you may not be able to use.
