Beacon of Light - Macro

Hey guys,

My friends and I all play wow but in different timezones, nevertheless one of them told me about a BoL macro that triggers a countdown-timer (5min), so you know you've to rebuff BoL.
I use an addon to show me the time remaining on BoL, but it it pointless loading&using a whole addon for 1spell.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I'm very bad with macros, can only do the basic ones so I have No clue how to trigger a countdown timer set to 5 mins when I use BoL.

Would be awesome if anyone knew this one?

/dbm timer 300 Bacon Time!

That will make a dbm timer.
